Joomla site progress
ShareThisI’ve probably covered about 85% of the necessary styles for my template, and now have a screenshot of the progress so far:
You may notice the style is similar to my host site, studio-connect.com. This is not below my radar; I thought it best for my first Joomla template to go with a layout I know!
The template uses a 2-column layout and is drastically simplified from the default Joomla template, rhuk_milkyway. This site is not going to be a heavy CMS site, so 50,000 links to different news articles and RSS feeds is not necessary. Clean and simple are what I’m about, and with Joomla its easy to get a site clean and simple.
I like it so far. I’m sure changes will come, some as needed and others as desired, but I’m happy with where this project is taking me.
